As a veteran, it breaks my heart to have to post this.

12 U.S. service members were killed in today’s suicide attack at Kabul airport. 15 others are being treated for wounds. Two explosions outside the Kabul airport injured at least three U.S. Marines and others, as the U.S. attempts to continue its evacuations out of Taliban-controlled Afghanistan. The terrorist group ISIS-K is suspected to be responsible for the attacks. One of the explosions occurred outside the Baron Hotel. The 160-room hotel stands less than a mile from the airport, near Camp Sullivan. The hotel has served as a processing center for Afghan people hoping to flee the country as the Taliban take control. It served as a gathering point for American citizens in the past for rescue and evacuation. Up to 1,500 Americans may still be in the country. The attack may have attempted to target a large number of American citizens. God is removing His protection of America everywhere.
California's raging Caldor Fire southwest of Lake Tahoe crossed Highway 50 on Saturday as high winds pushed the blaze closer to more homes and communities. As of its last mapping on Sunday evening, the fire has burned 104,309 acres and is 5 percent contained.
The Dixie Fire grew to 700,630 acres (1,094 square miles) Friday morning as hot and dry air propelled the fire to burn actively overnight. The fire now spans an area larger than Sacramento County and has charred an area twice the size of the city of Los Angeles. Despite growth of over 22,000 acres between Thursday and Friday, crews were able to hold containment at 35%.
The Monument Fire, burning in Trinity County, grew to 142,250 acres Friday morning, marking a 7,000-acre increase from Thursday morning. Containment remains at 10%.
The McFarland Fire, which began in the same lightning storm as the Monument Fire, spanned 115,996 acres Friday morning with 52% containment. The fire grew just under 5,000 acres from Thursday to Friday.
Nine national forests in California are closed today as firefighters struggle to contain 11 large wildfires.
Pestilence cases are surging in 40 states. With numbers still rising, the director of the NIH worries the US could soon be reporting more than 200,000 new cases a day -- a rate not seen since before the 3 shots became widely available. In addition to shot refusal and a lack of health precautions, experts say a new challenge could come in the form of complacency from people who have "followed the rules," so to speak, and are tired of it. This will only make things even worse.
A fast-growing wildfire continues to rage through Northern California, forcing tens of thousands to evacuate their homes and prompting the US Forest Service to announce a shutdown of the Eldorado National Forest. The Caldor Fire, fueled by dangerously dry and windy conditions, exploded in size, jumping from 6,500 acres Tuesday morning to just over 68,000 Thursday morning, and is 0% contained.
The 2021 fire season is on track to break records as fire departments fight almost 100 blazes nationally. California is battling more than a dozen large fires consuming more than 1 million acres burned statewide this year. The Dixie Fire, the state’s second-largest fire on record, has burned more than 678,000 acres (35% contained). In addition, the Cache Fire (20% contained) and the French Fire (0% contained) erupted Wednesday.
Fred is out in the middle Atlantic. Models are showing a basic trek west towards Florida again. Squalls off the water and some surge as it treks north will dump a lot of rain on Florida. Some strengthening for the panhandle if it stays over the Gulf. Don’t be surprised if it becomes a Hurricane. People simply are not taking this storm seriously. God may decide to kick it up a notch to get their attention.
The wildfires, while burning a lot of acres have not killed a lot of people or destroyed thousands of homes, (yet). No big earthquakes have hit the West Coast, (yet). The pandemic was getting under control and has not killed another 200,000 Americans, (yet). The Stock Market bubble has not burst causing economic ruin to millions of people, (yet). Even the hurricanes have cooperated and not killed hundreds of people and caused billions of dollars in damage, (yet). Well this is now changing!
The peak Hurricane season is here! New tropical waves are beginning to form off Africa. Any of them can become the next catastrophic Cat 5 hurricane to hit America. God has been very patient and very merciful in giving us a respite for a few weeks to think about our lives without Him, and to consider what we are going to do now. Will we turn to Him with our whole mind, heart, soul, and strength, accepting Jesus and obeying all His laws and commandments, or will we choose pain and suffering and death and destruction from judgments He will pour out on America for our rebellion and sin? It is OUR choice you know. We can be protected from much of the disaster. We won’t be able to blame God for what happens if we continue to refuse to obey Him. Do you think you are OK and are already obeying God? Then go to the bottom of the homepage here and look at the section…” Everyday Reasons For God's Judgment On The United States Of America”. If any apply to you then you may want to do something about it before it’s too late! Don’t be fooled by your church or your pastor saying “this or that” isn’t sin. GOD decides what is sin, not men! He said it plainly in the Bible. We can believe it or suffer! It's our choice!
The National Weather Service Salt Lake City has issued a Flash Flood Watch for the majority of the state, encompassing the entire southwest corner and extending into portions of central and northern Utah. More than 6,000 homes in Utah experienced power outages at some point Sunday after thunderstorms resulted in widespread flash flooding. Areas of eastern Nevada and southern Idaho also fall under a Flash Flood Watch. Any storms that do develop will be capable of dropping heavy amounts of rain in a short time, leading to the potential of more flash flooding.
